 A Strategic Training Program for Native Church-planters

More than 26,000 native leaders have been trained to be effective pastors and missionaries through ALPHA MINISTRIES throughout North India, Myanmar, and other parts of Southeast Asia and West Africa. Each year hundreds of pastors and church leaders attend our IMPACT Leadership Conferences where they are prepared to lead even more effectively. Church-based Bible Institutes offer non-formal regional training opportunities to build tomorrow’s Christian leadership for Asia.  

Alpha Ministries is still doing what it has done from day one:  placing an emphasis on one-on-one discipleship and missionary outreach.  While it may be said that Alpha Ministries began in the heart of a mission-driven man, in reality, it began in the heart of a mission-driven God.
